  • I’m here to offer a free phone consultation where you can share what’s going on for you in a comfortable, no-pressure space. During our conversation, you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your concerns, ask questions, and get a feel for my therapeutic style. Together, we can determine how I might best support you and whether we’re a good fit for your needs.

  • Many clients start with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. Over time, we may decide to meet less frequently as you gain insight and confidence. The frequency is always flexible and tailored to what supports you best.

  • I currently offer online therapy only, conducting through a secure, confidential video platform. Many clients appreciate the comfort and flexibility of meeting from home - no commute, no waiting rooms, and the ability to connect from wherever you feel most at ease. Online therapy is designed to provide the same warmth, connection, and effectiveness as in-person sessions.

  • Each therapy session is 50 minutes in length, allowing ample time to explore your concerns, learn strategies, and work toward your goals.

  • The cost for a 50-minute session is $140.00.

  • I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Ascension (SmartHealth), Quest Behavioral Health, Anthem EAP, and Carelon Behavioral Health.

    If you’d like, I can verify your benefits ahead of our first session so you know exactly what to expect in terms of cost. For those using out-of-network benefits or paying privately, I can also provide guidance and support to make the process as smooth as possible. I will update this information as more insurance providers become available.
